Separate automatic conveyor belt with two-station stretch packing machine
The newly designed fhopepack Flex CTS is a conveyor belt with a two-station stretch package designed to increase the efficiency of the forklift and reduce the number of times of loading and unloading to provide power transmission turntables and gravity conveyor parts as a staging platform package waiting to be picked up.
The Flex CTS Stretch wrapper is designed to fill the gap between our Flex HPA and FA fully automated packaging. By providing a power belt turntable and gravity discharge section, Flex can significantly reduce the loading and unloading time of the CTS.
The Flex CTS retractable wrapper is made up of many of the same components in our larger, more advanced automation system and provides a throughput close to the fully automated system at a fraction of the cost of approaching.
Film tail system
This is the same pneumatic wrap, and the cutting machine system uses some Fhope's fully automated stretch packaging system. It is fully adjustable, very durable and designed to provide reliable service for many years. Standard film cutting machine is a pulse hotline.
The quality of the use of the conveyor components is the same as for other fhope automatic machines. Because the Flex CTS price is very low, but definitely the highest quality.
1: Load the Flex CTS stretch package and place it in the turntable or empty conveyor belt conveyor section. Start the packaging cycle to operate the drawstring or use the optional fhope remote controller.
2: The operator is free to handle other tasks, such as getting the next pallet load.
3: When he returns, the packaging load has been automatically moved to the gravitational conveying section, or left in the carousel section. Then he is free to put the open load on the CTS and send a signal to the machine to start packing.

Installation of threaded film delivery system
The fhope mounting of the threaded film delivery system faces the side of the roll with more flexibility to load and thread. It is designed for a special design, with a precise speed extension of 260% of the standard film roll.
This highly reliable pre-tensioning system is characterized by the fastest, easiest and safest film loading on the market, as well as an advanced "non-contact" film tension sensor for years of trouble-free packaging.
A mature picture of the eyes feels more difficult for color and reflex loading, and Fhope's unique installation feel pauses the sum of the pauses if the stretched film breaks or runs out.
The main advantages of Flex CTS
Flex CTS does not require the operator to attach and cut the stretch film and eliminate the time lost by the forklift driver watching the package. Simply retract the gravity dial on the tray or through the forklift conveyor, the rope switch or the starter and the remote control. The machine will package the load because you have pre-determined it to do, automatically adapting the load to the size and shape (in the machine specification). At the end of the packaging cycle, the load will be transferred to the exit pick-up section, releasing the turntable to receive another load.
The film is pre-stretched (elongated) at 260% "treated" stretch film with maximum linear strength and load hold while reducing material costs. The film force load control is automatic, like the cruise control, so the film constantly adapts to the load shape, size and machine speed, resulting in maximum stretching when the smallest film rupture. In order to reduce the loss of transportation and reduce the cost of materials, appropriate packaging of goods.
